Not medical advice

FITRAZO is a general fitness and wellness tool. It does not provide medical, nutritional, dietary or physical therapy advice, and it is not a substitute for a doctor, registered dietitian or certified trainer. Don't use it to manage a medical condition, injury, eating disorder, food allergy or pregnancy-related nutrition without professional guidance.

Exercise safety

Exercise carries a risk of injury. Talk to your doctor before starting a new training program, especially if you have a health condition, an injury, or haven't exercised in a while. Use proper technique, start with light weights, use a spotter or safety equipment for heavy lifts, and stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. Outdoors, stay aware of traffic and your surroundings, and don't look at your phone while moving. GPS distance, pace and elevation are estimates and can be inaccurate. You train at your own risk.

AI-generated content

Meal plans, workout plans and nutrition numbers from photos are generated by AI and can be wrong. A photo can't show hidden ingredients, cooking oils or exact portions, and plan nutrition values are estimates. Always check ingredients against your own allergies and needs, and review and correct entries before relying on them.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission, and purchases must be made by an adult.
• Keep your password secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.

Subscriptions and billing

• Pro is offered at $14.99 per month or $79.99 per year (USD), plus any applicable taxes.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from Profile. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep Pro until then.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we don't provide credits for partial periods.
• We may change prices with advance notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.
• Plan limits (such as the number of AI scans and AI plans per month) may change over time.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service. For example, don't:

• upload content that is illegal, infringing, or not yours to share;
• try to access other users' data or bypass plan limits or security;
• scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the service.

Your content

You own the photos and data you add. You give us permission to store and process them only to operate and improve the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. To the extent allowed by law, FITRAZO is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (like disclaimers and limitation of liability) continue after termination.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If changes are material, we'll notify you in advance. Continuing to use FITRAZO after changes take effect means you accept them.
