Privacy Policy

FITRAZO ("we," "us") helps you plan meals, train and track what you eat. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We wrote it to be readable — if anything is unclear, email us at support@yourdomain.com.
Information we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash by our authentication provider).
- Food and nutrition data: meals you log, foods, serving sizes, nutrition values, your goals, meal plans and the preferences you give us for them (such as diet style and foods to avoid).
- Training data: workout plans, the preferences you give us for them (such as goal, schedule, equipment and any notes), and the workouts, sets, reps and weights you log.
- Activities and location: runs, walks, hikes, rides and other activities you log, with their time, distance and notes. When you choose to record with GPS, we collect your device's location (and altitude, when available) only while that recording is running, to draw your route and calculate distance, pace, splits and elevation. We don't track your location at any other time, and we don't share or sell your routes.
- Meal photos: photos you choose to scan. Photos are resized and re-encoded in your browser before upload, which removes most embedded metadata such as GPS location.
- Usage data: how many AI scans and AI plans you use, and basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) needed to run and secure the service.
- Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We receive your subscription status and billing period.
How we use it
- To provide the app: create meal and workout plans, analyze photos, calculate your totals, and show your history and progress.
- To manage your subscription and enforce plan limits.
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
- To contact you about your account. We'll only send optional emails (like reminders) if you turn them on.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
AI features
When you scan a meal, the photo and any note you add are sent to our AI provider to generate nutrition estimates. When you create a meal or workout plan, your goals and the preferences and notes you enter are sent the same way. Under its commercial terms, the provider processes this content to deliver the service to us and does not use it to train its models. AI output can be wrong; always review it.
Service providers
We use trusted providers who process data on our behalf, only as needed to run FITRAZO:
- Supabase — authentication, database and private photo storage
- Vercel — website hosting
- Stripe — payments and subscription billing
- Anthropic — AI meal photo analysis and plan generation
- OpenFreeMap — street map images. To show streets under a route, your browser loads map images of that area from OpenFreeMap; your route and account details are not sent to them.
Your health-related data
Food logs, nutrition goals, workout logs and anything you tell us about injuries or health can be considered consumer health data in some states. We collect it only to provide the features you use, you consent by creating an account and using those features, and you can delete it at any time. We never sell it.
Security
Your data is protected with encryption in transit, row-level access controls that prevent other users from reading your records, and private photo storage that is only reachable through short-lived signed links. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your information.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete individual meals at any time, or delete your entire account from Profile → Delete account. You can delete any activity, including its GPS route, from its page. Account deletion permanently removes your profile, meals, photos, goals, meal plans, workout plans, workouts and activities with their routes, and cancels any subscription. Stripe may retain transaction records as required by law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Washington and other states), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. You can do most of this in the app; for anything else, email support@yourdomain.com. We won't discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Children
FITRAZO is not intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and notify you in the app or by email.
